EFY Express at Southern Virginia University

Youth and leaders of Norfolk 1st and 2nd and Bayside wards traveled several hours (each direction) to attend EFY Express at Southern Virginia University.

On the way we stopped at "Foamhenge" - a to scale model of Stonehenge, made of FOAM. Yes, foam. I know, a MUST SEE once you know about it!! The youth happily jumped out of the vehicles and traversed the hill to foamhenge - not knowing what murky mess they were stepping in.

Yes, the red clay gunk stuck to our shoes. It wasn't like mud that could be 'flicked' off. No siree. This stuff piled on thicker and thicker with each step. Thus, our much anticipated stop at 'Foamhenge' was cut short. Drats!

If y'all're ever in the Natural Bridge area DO stop and visit 'Foamhenge'. Just be sure to bring grocery bags to wear around your shoes to keep the gook off.
